Justin was appointed to the International Supply Chain Operations leader in March of 2016. In this role, he is responsible for Manufacturing, Sourcing, Technology, & New Product Introduction operations & execution for the GE Transportation products in the Global Regions.

Justin was raised in Dover, Tennessee. Attended Murray State University and graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering in 1995.

After graduation, Justin began his career in GE Aviation, in various shop operations roles of increasing responsibility. 1999 he transitioned to GE Energy and expanded his Supply chain experience with positions leading New Product Introduction, Sourcing Quality, & received his Six Sigma certification. In 2002, he was assigned an international assignment with GE Oil & Gas as Sourcing Integration Leader and then Lead North America Sourcing operations. in 2006 Justin returned to GE Energy, leading Supply Chain Quality operations as a Master Blackbelt and then Sourcing Quality for Renewables. In 2010, Justin transitioned to GE Transportation as the Executive Sourcing leader, and since has heldleadership positions in Materials, Program Management, &Initiatives for Transportation.
