Eric H. Berman (1964, USA)  is the founder and former chairman of RENESCO (2008-2013). He was raised and educated in The Netherlands. Eric spent the last twenty years facilitating public decision-making processes. He has worked with nearly one hundred local governments in Western, Central and Eastern Europe to create development plans for a wide range of social and public infrastructure issues.

With Renesco he played a key role in developing Energy Performance Contracting in Ukraine and Latvia in order to realize large scale energy saving renovations of the typical housing projects from the Soviet-era.
