Johannes is the Managing Counsel, Global Public Sector at McKinsey & Company, a leading consultancy firm. His expertise is in international public procurement law, with more than 15 years of practical experience in this field. Together with his team, Johannes provides support to McKinsey & Company teams across the globe on high-priority public tenders both during the contract formation and contract administration stage.

Before he joined McKinsey & Company in 2019, Johannes was managing director of an internationally recognized Austrian public procurement boutique law firm. In this role, he advised Ukraine as well as Montenegro on their respective accession processes to the WTO Government Procurement Agreement.
