Olena Minich has more than 20 years experience in telecommunications in Ukrainian and foreign companies. She has been holding senior positions in the largest companies of the telecommunications sector since 1997.

Olena Minich was responsible for the development of innovative products, new business lines and technologies as a Product and Service Executive Director at the EuroTel Prague (today Telefonica O2 Czech Republic), the main mobile operator in the Czech Republic.

As a Vice-President of Siemens PLC in the UK she managed the Sales Department. Olena served as CEO of AVANTEL Group, the mobile content manufacturer Fontel, and established new business lines for strategic consulting AVANTEL Group.

She worked as Commercial Director in Utel (Ukrtelecom Branch) (2006 – 2008) covering marketing strategy, new product development, sales and customer service. She led a re-launch of the brand «Utel» to new mobile technology 3G UMTS on the Ukrainian market.

Olena Minich served as CEO of the “Ukrainian High Technologies”, FreshTel (2010 – 2014), where she have changed the business model of the company within a year. The effectiveness of this model was confirmed by economic and financial results.

Currently she leads the International Business Organization, Kyiv chapter of Young President Organization.

From June 2015 till now she is a Director of the Department of Innovation and Intellectual Property of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine.
