Attorney at Law, PhD. Olena Omelchenko is recognized as Top-3 leading individuals on Ukrainian legal market in International Trade. She specializes in anti-dumping, safeguard, anti-subsidy investigations, export controls, sanctions and customs law. Olena is a member of the Council on International Trade at the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and the Expert of the Public Council at the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine. She heads the Working Group on External Trade at the American Chamber of Commerce in Ukraine (ACC).
