Since 2013 she has been an author and host of a social and political program “Na Sluhu” (“Buzz News”), which is a mutual project of a broadcasting company ERA and a radio company ERA FM, being also an author of the section “Building Era”.

She is an author of articles on the ways to improve social and economic situation in Ukraine, to create a business-friendly environment, to improve the system of education, etc. She participated in the program “Youth Will Change Ukraine” funded by Bohdan Hawrylyshyn Charitable Foundation.

From 2010 to 2013 she worked as an author, host and journalist of a number of social and political programs – “Vertical of power”, “Experts on Call”, “Taking Stock: Business briefs“, «Between the Lines”. The programs were organized in the form of interviews with politicians, business leaders and representatives of public associations. Olga Ksionz has interviewed a number of foreign experts (e.g. John. F. Tefft, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the United States of America to Ukraine).

She filmed and hosted a weekly program “Age of Quality”, was an editor and journalist of the program “Easy to Be Healthy with Olga Bogomolets”.

She hosted the program “VIP-intern” about vocational occupations. She is an author, host and journalist of the program “Business-situation”, aimed to develop SMEs. She wrote a script for the program “482. History of Ukrainian business”.

She was a news presenter on “Radio Rocks Ukraine”.
