Тiberiu Dima was appointed Country Manager Crop Protection at BASF in Ukraine, Moldova and the Caucasus in December 2013. 

Mr Dima's strategic tasks are to expand the business and strengthen the company's position as the market leader.

Mr Dima has been working at BASF for over six years, successfully implementing new ideas and solutions to improve the efficiency of agribusiness.

Prior to joining Ukrainian team, Tiberiu Dima worked as the Country Manager Crop Protection at BASF in Romania during 2011-2013 years. Before that, during 2009-2011, he served as Sales and Commercial Manager Crop Protection at BASF.

Earlier Mr Dima worked as Commercial Manager at Sarantis. He also has the experience in marketing, working at such companies as Sarantis, JTI and Interbrand (Procter&Gamble).

Tiberiu Dima graduated from the Business School at the Open University in Romania, has a degree in management.
