Mr. Zagariya’s practice focuses on private and public mergers and acquisitions (M&A), including structuring of cross-border transactions, direct investments, establishing and structuring of foreign investment funds, private equity funds and other ventures funds as well as asset management companies. He also provides advice on corporate and antimonopoly law as well as real estate and land use law.

Apart from his extensive legal practice, Mr. Zagariya is actively involved in social activity. Thus, from 2004 Valentyn has been a member of Ukrainian Bar Association, in 2008 – 2009 Valentyn Zagariya was a Member of Council of UBA Kiev Branch, from 2009 to 2011 he has been Member of the Board of Ukrainian Bar Association, and from June 2011 to June 2013 he was President of the Ukrainian Bar Association. Besides, Mr. Zagariya is Head of Higher Qualification and Disciplinary Bar Commission as well as a member of various international professional organizations of lawyers.
