Deceleration in the growth of the global economy and trade negatively affects the model of global cooperation, which is in a precarious state on the edge of global upheaval.

The issue of developing of the effective interaction between the subjects of world politics in solving global problems is becoming urgent. The financial crisis, environmental changes, resource wars are needed to be resolved complexly and in cooperation.

Practical methods of cooperation do not create an integral architecture of world order and collaboration, which is necessary in the context of the complex challenges of mankind.

On which principles and axioms should a new model of global cooperation be based? What calls should the new order answer first? Who should be the key link in cooperation: states, transnational corporations, society?
