As chief executive officer of Cigna Europe, Arjan Toor works with international organisations and governments, European employers and globally mobile individuals. He is accountable for delivering affordable whole-health solutions to meet customers’ changing needs. Since joining Cigna in 2011 Mr Toor has held several roles, including CEO of Cigna International Organisations, Africa, and business-to-government business lines. Prior to this he was managing director of the firm’s business offering health care to globally mobile individuals. He also spent four years in Hong Kong as chief marketing officer for Cigna’s international markets.
