Beata Harasim is responsible for developing tactical asset-allocation frameworks at the BlackRock Investment Institute, BlackRock’s research arm. She represents the firm’s multi-asset views based on the insights of its investment community. Prior to her current role at BlackRock Ms Harasim was a global macro portfolio manager in the firm’s diversified strategies team. She ran a discretionary fundamental investment process, with a primary focus on currencies and fixed income. Before this she worked as a portfolio manager with BlackRock's global and European fixed income teams.
