Executive leader, entrepreneur, and respected professional with passion for science, technology and business holding more than 20 years of senior experience in innovative industries across Ukraine, Europe, and North America. He is former General Manager of Microsoft Ukraine and served as the Deputy Head of the Presidential Administration of Ukraine.

Dmytro serves as non-executive independent Supervisory Board Member of Kyivstar, the largest telecom operator in Ukraine. Upon Kyivstar acquisition of Helsi – the largest medical information system and leading provider of digital medical services in Ukraine, Dmytro was appointed as a member of its Supervisory Board. Also, he is a non-executive independent Supervisory Board member of the Ukrainian Startup Fund, state pre-seed and seed fund for early-stage technological start-ups, largest angel investor in Ukraine.

Dmytro is a partner focusing on strategy and business development at Ukrainian startup AeroDrone, which is specialized in design and development of heavy lifting, long range, and high-endurance unmanned aircraft systems (UAS).
