Igor Gumennyy founded UBC Group Company in 1993, which at first provided legal services as a small legal firm. Two years later UBC Group started distribution of beer and beer components.

1998 was founded a new subdivision UBC Cool and its activity was development and production of equipment for cooling of beer & beverages. Today, UBC Cool is No.1 in the world in manufacturing of beer coolers.

2000 was launched new subdivision UBC Promo, which was engaged in production of keg caps. Today, UBC Promo develops promotion materials and is a European leader among enterprises, producing promotion products and World leader of ceramic beer tower market.

2001 was founded a new subdivision UBC Engineering, which specialized on design and assembly services and maintenance of production factories. In 2006, European Bank for Reconstruction and Development acquired a share in the capital of the holding.
