Ilia’s career in IT began in 2002 in MSN Israel, as the creator of one of the most popular Internet portals in Israel. He has more than 15 years of experience in management of high technologies companies in several countries (including Ukraine), as well as 10 years of experience in start-up industry. Since 2014 Ilia is working on the creation of Creative Quarter and is CCO and visionary of the company.

The Creative Quarter is the largest coworking in Ukraine.  The company's business model is unique and innovative, which led to the emergence of a completely new industry in the field of creative spaces and office services in Ukraine.

Ilia is an experienced professional in management, marketing, sales, strategic planning, product development and business administration. He is one of the leaders in the Ukrainian IT and start-up industries, mentor in a number of venture funds and innovative companies, publicist and speaker. He has profound experience in project construction and development in the fields of information technology, media, investment and start-ups. He is one of the lobbyists of 3G and PayPal in Ukraine introduction, adviser to Lviv city mayor on innovation and investment issues, public figure and evangelist of innovations.

He graduated from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, Department of Business Administration.
