Kostyantyn Yefymenko is an entrepreneur, manager, social activist and professional with a 20-year of experience in the fields of management, investment attraction and investment projects implementation in Ukraine.
He held senior positions in the public sector, namely: Minister of Transport and Communications of Ukraine (2010), First Deputy Minister of Infrastructure of Ukraine (2010-2014).
Since 2014 Kostyantyn has been the president of the Biopharma Plasma — Ukrainian pharmaceutical company that specializes in developing and producing innovative high-tech medical products made of donated human blood, recombinant medications and drugs based on spore-forming bacteria.
Kostyantyn Yefymenko graduated from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, where he majored in accountancy and auditing. He is fluent in English.
