Larysa Chernyshova

Larysa Chernyshova is a highly respected expert with a 28-year of experience in senior management positions in the financial sector, including roles in international banking groups.

She joined PrivatBank's leadership team in 2017. Since 2018, she has successfully served as a Member of the Management Board for Risk Management (CRO). Since September 2024, she was a Deputy Chairman of the Management Board for Finance (CFO) and, since November 1, 2024, Acting Chairman of the bank's Management Board.

Her extensive experience in risk management and strategic decision-making has significantly contributed to the bank's financial operations and the growth of economic indicators. As CFO, she is responsible for budgeting, strategic financial planning, and analysis, all of which support the bank's performance and sustainable growth.
