The youngest minister in the history of Ukrainian politics, Mykhailo Fedorov, managed to succeed both with opening his own businesses as well as with leading the country's digital revolution. Innovator and visionary who, jointly with a team of the Ministry of Digital Transformation, is building the digital state.

Already in the first year of the Ministry's operation, Mykhailo Fedorov and his team launched a mobile application and website – Diia: as of now more than 19 mln Ukrainians are using it. Ukraine became the first country in the world to fully legalize digital ID in smartphones, as well as a country with the world’s fastest business registration.
