Since August 2019, Mykhailo Radutskyi is people’s deputy of Ukraine of the IX convocation (member of the parliamentary faction of the Political Party "Servant of the People"), Chairman of the Parliamentary Committee on Health of the Nation, Medical Care and Health Insurance, Advisor to the President of Ukraine.

Hold the positions as Advisor to the Chairman of the Kyiv State Administration, Deputy Chairman of the Kyiv State Administration, Honorary Consul of the Kingdom of Thailand in Ukraine, Co-chairman of the Supervisory Committee of the National Cancer Institute, Member of the Medical Council under the Ministry of Health of Ukraine.
