For the past 10+ years, Natalia has effectively implemented change strategies in business and government organizations and helped managers develop their leadership potential through science-based neuromanagement approaches.

As a teacher at Lviv Business School of Ukraine (LVBS), a mentor, and a certified Erickson University International (ICF) coach, Natalia actively helps managers increase decision-making effectiveness and develop emotional competence through the latest educational and coaching tools and practices.
