Natalia Iaromenko

Natalia is a board member and co-owner of CEO Club Ukraine, and an advocate of stoicism.
At the start of the full-scale invasion, a warehouse near Kyiv containing a 9-month supply of products was destroyed by a Russian missile. Despite this setback, the brand expanded internationally.
In March 2022, Natalia founded Beauty Tech Corp., an American group of companies that includes LAMEL & LN Pro.
Today, Lamel products are available in 38 countries, including Spain, Poland, France, India, Thailand, and the U.S. Recently, the brand started selling in one of the largest beauty retail chains in the U.S. – Sally Beauty. Lamel's products are now available in over 500 stores, from New York to Los Angeles, and from Chicago to Miami.
