Natalie Jaresko is one of the co-founders of Horizon Capital and serves as its Chief Executive Officer. Simultaneously, Ms. Jaresko serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of WNISEF. Prior to joining WNISEF, Ms. Jaresko served as the Chief of the Economic Section of the U.S. Embassy in Ukraine, and in various economic positions at the State Department in Washington, D.C.

Currently, she serves as a Senator of the Ukrainian Catholic University, as a Board member of the Kyiv School of Economics, and Open Ukraine Foundation; as well as a member of the World Economic Forum Global Agenda Council on Ukraine, the German Marshall Fund’s Leadership Development Council, East Europe Foundation’s Advisory Council,  Kyiv-Chicago Sister Cities Committee, Pechersk School International’s Board of Governors, and the Selection Committee of the Pinchuk.

She received her Master's Degree in Public Policy from the Harvard University Kennedy School of Government. She received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from DePaul University in Chicago, Illinois.

Ms. Jaresko received the Order of Princess Olha award from the President of Ukraine for her contributions to the Ukrainian economy.
