Nataliya boasts 20 years of experience in the advertising and communication industry. She is an expert in strategic management, marketing and communications.
She joined Havas Village in 2004 and led Havas Engage, one of the group's agencies. Under her leadership, the agency became one of the best in Ukraine's marketing services sector. In 2016, she became a managing partner at Havas Village, which is currently ranked in the top 3 of Ukrainian agencies according to client choice (Effie Awards, 2023). The group comprises six agencies, employs 200 staff members, and provides a full range of services to more than 100 clients, including major international and local companies. Additionally, Nataliya serves on the supervisory board of the All-Ukrainian Advertising Coalition, board member of investment company UNIVER and the CEO Club Ukraine. Also she leads the board of the International Association of Marketing Initiatives in Ukraine.
Nataliya is an alumna of the Aspen Institute Kyiv and UCGA. She is a speaker at numerous industry and business conferences and has been a jury member for various international and local festivals.
