Oleksandr Biletskyi, CEO of SHERP, a leading Ukrainian manufacturer of amphibious all-terrain vehicles. SHERP's vehicles are exported to over 100 countries worldwide. In addition to his role at SHERP, Biletskyi is the Vice President of the Ukrainian League of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs.
Since 2003, Biletskyi has been a prominent figure in the European Movement for Ukraine. He is also the founder and director of the Yakiv Balaban Museum of Ukrainian Stamps in Vinnytsia. Moreover, Biletskyi is a consultant and mentor to the Ukrainian Women's Guard and a veteran of the Russian-Ukrainian war.
He headed the Institute of Foreign and Defense Policy Research of Ukraine and worked at the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine, the Government, and the Parliament.
Biletskyi graduated from the Institute of International Relations of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv in 1997 with a degree in International Law.
