Entrepreneur and venture investor. RE:ACTOR is a leader in the innovation ecosystem of Ukraine, working with companies in Eastern Europe. RE:ACTOR implements technological solutions selected from more than 10,000 startups from around the world in a large corporate business, including Alfa-Bank, TAS, OKKO Group, DTEK, Philip Morris and others. Alexander is also a member of the Supervisory Board of UVCA — Ukrainian Association of Venture and Private Capital.

Alexander was engaged in M&A and corporate finance for 15 years in such companies as EY, Volwest Group, Midland Group. He was the head of the World Bank's private sector development project in Ukraine. Alexander has more than 10 successfully completed M&A mergers and acquisitions in conjunction with PE and VC funds in the sectors of fintech, agro, alternative energy, retail, FMCG, e-commerce. In particular, he structured transactions with Unilever, Mail.Ru Group, Food Union, Axzon Group, Dan Farm.
