Oleksandr Spindler has extensive experience in developing and implementing information financial systems. During 2000-2010 he had successfully implementing a number of projects related with biometric technologies, such as goods and services payment with fingerprints at retail market in Germany.

Until 2011 his projects has been developed successfully in alternative financial systems sphere using cryptocurrency and electronic money. Oleksandr and European partners take an active part in development of regional financial ecosystem using smart money.
