Peter Lindholm

Peter Lindholm has been advising States, Regions and International organisations in the fields on Innovation Systems for over twenty years. He worked in most European countries with a special focus on Russia and Central Asia since 1993. His track record comprises the implementation and management of concrete hands-on projects as well as high level consultancy. This includes centres for commercialisation of science and financing of innovation (seed and venture financing). He has lead projects focusing on the restructuring of science centres; i.e. how to help such centres to use knowledge to give a return-on-investment to the society.


He managed a large conversion of science programme in Russia for the French Government (G8GP) under the leadership of the CEA. He participated, with team members, to the design and development of a number of science and technology parks based on the know-how of the famous Sophia-Antipolis Science Park located in the South of France. 


He has been the international advisor of the Russian Venture Company, a board member and strategic advisor of the RVC Seed Fund, as well as a member of the International Sophia-Antipolis Business Angel Network. He contributed as keynote speaker to a number of conferences focusing on innovation/competitiveness and published a series of volumes describing good practices in these domains.
