Illichov has more than 15 years of experience in managing the activities of the Federation of Employers of Ukraine. In addition, he is the head of the Secretariat of the Joint Representative Body of Employers at the national level and the head of the directorate of the "Ukragromash" Association. He was a columnist, deputy editor-in-chief and special correspondent of the newspaper "Business" and the magazine "The power of money".
Among his achievements are the creation of the FRU Analytical Center, building the potential of WorldSkills in Ukraine, and creating the Localization web resource about Ukraine's industrial opportunities. He is the author of more than 500 publications related to the activities and influence of the state on the business environment.
Ruslan Illichov graduated from the Faculty of Economics of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.
