Ms. Easky has broad experience in the US and Ukrainian financial industries with specific expertise in dealing with financial crises and transforming organizations. An international advisor to central banks and deposit insurance agencies in Europe and Central Asia, she has worked as a liaison with the highest government levels on sensitive regulatory issues and matters of public interest. Ms. Easky is recognized as an expert in bank restructuring and resolution, financial and operational stability, protecting the interests of the government and private citizens, and moving economies forward; she has contributed to developing international best practices in these areas. Ms. Easky assumed the role of Chairman of the Supervisory Board of PrivatBank in 2019. She has worked in Ukraine since 2015 as part of the international consortium supporting financial sector reform.
