Chair of the Board of the Pension Fund Administrators, Head of the Board of the investment financial group VSI, Director of the All-Ukrainian Pension Funds Administrator. 

Tatiana Salnikova has a 15-year experience working in Ukraine’s financial market. She has been working in the pension funds market since its very start in Ukraine.

She is an expert on pension and investment issues for the World Bank, USAID projects in capital markets development, OSCE, EBA and ACC. She is a member of the working group on legislative drafting at Ukraine’s Parliament, the Ministry of Social Policy and Department of Financial Services.

She received her degrees in finance and marketing (National Academy of Management, Kyiv, Ukraine) and business administration (University of Central Lancashire, Preston, Great Britain).
