As an anti-corruption expert, Tilman Hoppe is involved in a number of Council of Europe cooperation projects throughout the continent and beyond. Mr. Hoppe has published about 60 law review articles and book chapters and he has taught law at the Berlin School of Law and Economics.

After completing his Ph. D. in 2000, he worked as a judge in civil and criminal matters, in the financial sector, and at the German Parliament.
