Vasyl Shkurakov
First Deputy Minister of Infrastructure of Ukraine
From 2005 until 2017, he worked in various positions at the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine. In June 2017 he stepped down voluntarily as the director of the Ministry’s department for debt policy. From 2017 until December 2018 he worked as the deputy general director for economics and finance at the private joint-stock company "Ukrgidroenergo".
In 2005, he graduated from the Ukrainian State University of Economics and Finance and received his master degree in finance.
