Victor Lyashko

Physician, graduated from the National O.O. Bogomolets Medical University in 2003. In 2015, he graduated from the National Academy of Public Administration under the President of Ukraine. He received the qualification of Master of Public Administration in Healthcare.

From 2015 to February 2018 – public health consultant of USAID Project "HIV Services Reform in Action".

From February 2018 to July 2019 – worked as First Deputy Director General of the Center for Public Health of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine.

Public health expert in the emergency package of reforms in 2014 – 2016.
