Vitaliy Strukov founded the investment advisory company VS Capital in 2013. Prior VS Capital Mr. Strukov held a position of Managing Director, Head of Investment Banking and Partner at Ukrainian investment company Concorde Capital for 8 years. Mr. Strukov has more than 18 years of experience in advising companies on M&A activity, strategy development, capitalization growth, investment and debt raising – made more than 80 transactions of over $2 bln. Education - a master degree in International Economic Relations from Institute of International Relations of Kiev National University named after T. Shevchenko.
