He has 20 years of experience in building organizational units, carrying out large-scale transformations, and growing talents in the banking sector in a multicultural environment. 

Vytautas explores the development of human consciousness and complex social systems from a holistic perspective. He considers the growth of a critical mass of mature leaders with systemic thinking and transformational capabilities to be the key to the healthy development of society.

Vytautas is a lecturer at Deloitte Academy, CAP School, EBA, and a guest lecturer at KMBS on the topic of leadership. 

Vytautas raises six children, practices Integral Zen and enjoys sailing.
