Throughout his career, Mr Kudrytskyi has been involved in a wide range of projects related to business efficiency and corporate governance in capital investment, procurement, logistics, sales and trading, and production organisation.

Mr Kudrytskyi headed and coordinated the process of preparation for synchronisation of Ukraine’s power system with ENTSO-E, including preliminary communications and technical arrangements. Mr Kudrytskyi managed to preserve the continuity of business processes at the national system operator in war conditions, negotiate re-allocation of loans, and attract additional funds for the support of the company’s proper functionality, including grant funds from international organisations.
