Yulia Tychkivska is an executive director of the Aspen Institute Kyiv. Yulia is a co-founder of Bendukidze Free Market Centre. Four years Yuliya served as a Vice President at Kyiv School of Economics. She is a civic activist in Ukraine and founder of the Open University of Maidan. Mrs. Tychkivska also worked as a Head of the advisory group for Ukrainian Minister of Economic Development and Trade.

Yuliya graduated from the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy with a Master’s degree in economics and she is a graduate of Atlas Leadership Academy. In 2017 Yuliya was elected as a Curator of World Economic Forum’s The Global Shapers Kyiv Hub.

In 2018 Yuliya Tychkivska was selected by Forbes as a top 30 under 30 in Europe, was a winner of Top 30 under 30 award by Kyiv Post and entered a list of Top 100 successful Women of Ukraine in 2017-2021.
