Yuri Anistratenko is the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of "Ukrekspertiza v budivnytstvi" Ltd., Expert of Confederation of Builders of Ukraine, Member of the Presidium of the Construction Chamber of Ukraine.

In 1981 he graduated from the Road Construction Faculty of the Kyiv Automobile and Road Institute. 

He started his career in the trust "Kyivpidzemshlyakhbuh-2", worked as a foreman, building manager, a deputy chief of the production department, a chief of production department, a chief engineer, and a first deputy manager of the trust. Subsequently, he worked as Vice President of the "Kyivmiskbud" Holding Company, holding senior positions in government. He was a member of the Town Planning Council of Kyiv as a representative from the "Kyivmiskbud" in 2002-2006. In 2006-2011 he worked as an advisor-consultant to the MP of Ukraine. He was a co-founder of the Construction Chamber of Ukraine as a representative of the trust "Kyivpidzemshlyakhbuh-2".

He was awarded the Order of Merit, III degree, for a high professional skills.
