Yurii Prozorov has been a leading expert in the fields on monetary policy, banking sector and capital market for over twenty years.

Mr. Prozorov is a President of the Ukrainian Society of Financial Analysts (USFA), Chair of the Advisory Board at the Deposit Guarantee Fund, Member of the Index Committee at Ukrainian Exchange. From 2009 to 2011 – Deputy Head of National Financial Services Market Commission.

He graduated from the National Technical University of Ukraine "KPI", Kyiv Higher Bank School (1998) and London Metropolitan University (1999, UK).
