Tetiana Berezhna has extensive experience in public service and legal practice. Since July 2025, she has been serving as Acting Minister of Culture and Strategic Communications of Ukraine. For more than three years prior, she was Deputy Minister of Economy of Ukraine (2022–2025), where she was responsible for the development and implementation of policies in the fields of labor, employment, and entrepreneurship.

In 2025, she was appointed Commissioner General of Ukraine at EXPO 2025 in Osaka, Japan, where she oversees the country’s representation on the global stage and the implementation of the National Pavilion.

She began her professional career in the legal field and has over ten years of experience in advocacy. Since 2011, she worked at the law firm “Vasil Kisil & Partners,” and in 2017 obtained her license to practice law. She specialized in tax law and dispute resolution.

Her expertise has received international recognition: in 2017–2021 Chambers Europe ranked her among the recommended lawyers in Ukraine in the field of taxation; in 2018–2021 she was recognized by Legal 500 for her tax practice; and in 2021–2022 she was included in the Best Lawyers list.

In 2025, she was named among the top 10 most effective public officials and politicians with a legal background, according to the Leaders of Practices — 2025 ranking by Yurydychna Hazeta.
