The events happened last year demonstrated the interest of the global players in internal problems. It is necessary to compete for investments on equal terms with other countries since the promised "Marshall Plan" for Ukraine is no longer on the agenda. The low labor, low-cost assets, the process of deregulation and the promotion of international capital flow did not lead to a significant growth in the investment attractiveness of Ukraine. The investment cannot be compared even with the period before the revolution.
