Andriy started his career when he was a fifth year student joining Arthur Andersen's audit department. In 2002, he joined Deloitte; and as early as in 2006, Andriy became the youngest Partner in Deloitte CIS. In 2010, he took over the leadership of Audit Department and on 1 July 2014, he became Deloitte Ukraine Managing Partner.Throughout his career, Andriy has led audit engagements of large multinational and local companies operating in different sectors of the economy (engineering, telecommunications, agriculture, etc.). Andriy also led the Capital Market Group and managed large companies’ IPO engagements. Today, Andriy is the CIS Innovation Group leader.
