He oversees the market of the CIS and Eastern Europe. Zhang Zhonghua has extensive experience in the implementation of large investment "turnkey" projects in the CIS. From 2010 to 2015 he worked as the Head of Mission of «CITIC construction Co., Ltd» in the Republic of Belarus and the Russian Federation.

Zhang Zhonghua is Ph.D in economics, from 2004 to 2010 worked as a research associate at the Institute of Russian, Eastern Europe and Central Asia studies at the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, co-author of the monograph "Time of Putin" (in three volumes).
