Dr. Julia Ivy is an Associate Professor in International Business and Strategy at D'Amore-McKim School of Business, Northeastern University in Boston, USA as well as a Faculty Director for the MS in International Business (NEU) and MS in International Management (IPBS Consortium). She possesses Ph.D. in Psychology and PhD in Management (Strategy, Entrepreneurship and Innovation). Within her research activity, Dr. Ivy's specialization is in strategic relationships for enterprise growth and/or sustainability in a low-trust vs. high-trust contexts, sensemaking and sensegiving, and processes and reflections of significant choices.

Dr. Ivy is an author of the "Making Your Company Case" method. She applies and promotes this four-step instrument in her executive coaching and consulting practices to assist companies with talent acquisition and to help professionals for self-differentiation at the lob market.
