Hans Broucke graduated from the KU Leuven in Belgium. After receiving his education, Hans Broucke started his professional career as a Credit Analyst at the Royal Bank of Canada in 1987 in Brussel. He worked later as a Head of Corporate Banking in ING Bank Czech Republic. From 1998 to 2003 he served as a Deputy General Manager at ING Bank Kiev (Ukraine).

2003-2005 he joined to the Fortis Bank Belgium dealing with developing of Commercial Banking in Switzerland, Austria, Czech Republic and Hungary.

In 2005 he moved back to Prague as a General Manager at Fortis Bank Czech Republic. After the integration of Fortis Bank into the BNP Paribas, he was appointed Country Head, BNP Paribas, Czech and Slovak Republic. From 2012 he held position Country Head, BNP Paribas Bulgaria. From 2017 he has served as a Head of Corporate Banking at UKRSIBBANK BNP Paribas Group in Ukraine.
