Kateryna Chala has over 16 years of successful working experience in the Ukrainian market of information technologies. In the past - Head of Legal Department of Corporation "Kvazar-Micro", General Director of JSC "SITRONICS Information Technologies Ukraine". Today, Kateryna - co-founder of IT Holding MMI GROUP, a company that offers and implements the world's best IT-solutions taking into account industry, business and local peculiarities.

Kateryna Chala has become the owner of the title «The Person of Year – 2013» in the nomination
«Leader of IT Industry of Year».

Since 2014 - a public figure and co-founder of the Ukrainian Association for Innovation Development (UAID). UAID’s mission is to create favorable conditions for hi-tech business in Ukraine. One of the initiatives of UAID was creation of Kyiv International Economic Forum (KIEF).

Since 2015 Kateryna Chala cooperate with the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) and participate in a program to support for small businesses and Women in Business, which is funded by the EBRD, the Government of Sweden and the Support Fund for countries.

Under the direction of Kateryna the team of MMI GROUP has actively participated in the development and reforming of our country. The initial step was participating in international project of technical support «Creation and development of Ukraine MIA Patrol Service», provided the purchase and supply of special machinery and equipment (personal mobile video recorder, unit for charging and software).

Kateryna Chala has three higher education degrees, including a Master's degree of the International Law. Raises daughter and son.
