In August 2018, Oleksandr Vlasyshen was appointed as the Advisor to the Chairman of the Board of JSC Bank ARCADA. Prior to that, he worked as a Deputy Marketing Director of SATS LLC and held senior positions at Antonov-Finance SE (Lizingtechtrans) and NAC Ukragroleasing.

Oleksandr Vlasyshen has extensive experience in developing strategies for protecting investment projects, planning and building business processes, and preparing draft legislation.

Mr. Vlasyshen is a lawyer, he graduated from Law Faculty of Academy of Labor and Social Relations of the Federation of Trade Unions of Ukraine.
