Natalia Yemchenko has been working for more than 18 years as the Director of Public Relations and Communications at SCM. She is the Chair of the Supervisory Boards of the Rinat Akhmetov Foundation and the NGO Heart of Azovstal, as well as a member of the Supervisory Board of Mariupol.Reborn.

Her professional responsibilities include international communications, building relationships with key stakeholders, and leading advocacy projects that support Ukraine on the global stage. In her public work, Natalia focuses on creating and developing national and international projects aimed at supporting veterans, rebuilding cities, and preserving and institutionalizing memory.

In 2023, she became the head of the Supervisory Board of the Heart of Azovstal project, which provides systematic support to the defenders of Mariupol and their families. Under her guidance, the Future program was launched in 2024 to help veterans find new life goals, gain education, and build careers after military service.

As a member of the Supervisory Board of Mariupol.Reborn, Natalia is actively involved in the educational project The School for Community Recovery, which helps municipalities in Ukraine prepare for post-war reconstruction.

In 2025, she became the head of the Supervisory Board of the Rinat Akhmetov Foundation, where she also plays a key role in the strategic development of the project Museum of Civilian Voices — the largest collection of stories from civilians about the war in Ukraine. This project has received several international awards, including The Drum Awards for Social Purpose and three IPRA Golden World Awards.

In 2022, Natalia Yemchenko was honored with the León a la Solidaridad award by the Spanish media outlet El Español for her contribution to supporting Mariupol during the war and for her community leadership.

Natalia holds an Executive MBA degree from INSEAD, a leading European business school in France. In 2020, she was included in the Forbes Ukraine list "33 Self-Made Women". In 2024, she was named among the most successful female leaders in Ukraine by Dilova Stolytsia (Dsnews.ua).
