1996 he founded and headed "Autotrading" Ltd . 

2001 Oleg Boyaryn founded his most successful enterprise – CJSC "Eurocar", which specialises in producing cars Volkswagen Group in Ukraine. 

From 2005 to the present Oleg Boyaryn holds the position of a Chairman of the Supervisory Board of CJSC "Eurocar". 

Since 2010 he is a Chairman of the Board of JSC "Atoll Holding" – the management company of the "Atoll Holding", which includes more than 40 companies from 5 core activities (automotive, investment, construction, finance, tourism and recreation, development).
