Jean-Erik de Zagon joined the European Investment Bank in 1995 and until 2000 was responsible for the lending operations in the Benelux region. Between 2000 and 2009, he worked at the EIB’s capital market department, where he was specifically in charge of Euro denominated debt issuances. In 2009, he became the head of the portfolio management division of the bank. As from March 2018, he has been appointed as the Head of the EIB Resident Representation in Ukraine.
