Jean-Jacques Herve has been working in the agricultural sector since 1974 and currently holds a position of Counsellor to the Board for Agriculture at Credit Agricole Bank, Ukraine. In Ukraine, he started his career as a Counselor for agriculture in the Ukrainian government.

Prior to moving to Ukraine Jean-Jacques served as a civil servant in the Cabinet of the Minister of Agriculture of France, was a Head of the National University for the preparation of high-level specialists in agronomy in Dijon.
